Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 23, 2008, Medical Staffing Network Holdings, Inc. announced that it will issue its results of operations for the three months ended March 30, 2008 after the market closes on May 7, 2008 and hold a conference call to discuss the results of operations on May 8, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is furnished according to this Item 7.01.

Medical Staffing Network Holdings to Discuss First Quarter 2008 Earnings on May 8, 2008

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medical Staffing Network Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MRN), the third largest diversified healthcare staffing company and the largest provider of per diem nurse staffing services in the nation as measured by revenues, today announced that it will report its earnings for the three months ended March 30, 2008, after the market closes on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. The Company’s management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the earnings release at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time, on Thursday, May 8, 2008.

To listen to the call, participants should dial 1-800-952-4645 approximately ten minutes prior to the start time of the call. A telephonic replay of the call may be accessed by dialing 1-800-633-8284 and entering access code 21379259. A replay will be available from 1:00 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, May 8, 2008, through 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2008.
