Note 6 Common Shares

During the six months ended June 30, 2016, we repurchased 0.3 million of our common shares in the open market for  $1.7 million, all of which are held in treasury.

On April 29, 2016, a cash dividend of $0.06 per share was declared for shareholders of record on June 10, 2016. The dividend was paid on July 1, 2016 in the amount of $17.0million and was charged to retained earnings in our condensed consolidated statement of changes in equity for the six months ended June 30, 2016.
