SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend Declaration On July 17, 2024, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock to be paid on August 12, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of July 29, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
