Dividend Declaration

On January 18, 2024, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock to be paid on February 12, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of January 29, 2024.

Stock Repurchase Program

On February 21, 2024, the Company’s board of directors approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $10.0 million shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock.
