13.	RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Direct and indirect loans to executive officers, directors, significant stockholders and their related affiliates as of December 31, 2021 and 2020 aggregated approximately $12.2 million and $8.9 million, respectively. There were no charge-offs related to these loans in 2021 or 2020 and advance and repayment activity was routine. Deposits from these related parties in the CFS were not significant.
