On May 21, 2008, Willow Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a $0.115 per share cash dividend, payable on the shares of the Company’s common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on May 29, 2008 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2008.
