The objective of ASU 2011-11 was to enhance disclosures about derivatives, repurchase agreements and reverse repurchase agreements, securities borrowing and securities lending transactions to the extent they are subject to master netting arrangements or similar agreements. The Company adopted ASU 2011-11 on January 1, 2013.
