Other Income	16. OTHER INCOME On September 15, 2011, the Company reached a mutual agreement with Transatlantic to terminate the previously announced merger agreement. Under the terms of the termination agreement, the Company received a termination fee of $35,000, which has been included within "Other income" on the consolidated income statements.
