Subsequent Events [Text Block]	On October 16, 2014 the High Court of Zimbabwe ruled in favor of the defendant in Peter Valentine v. Mabwe Minerals (case HC 4112/13) ruling that that MAB-Z is the lawful, free and clear owner of Dodge Mine Blocks 1-6. This case was dismissed with cost. This case is under appeal with the Supreme Court under case SC/517-14 with a hearing date of November 24, 2014. We believe this appeal to be baseless and that no impairment is necessary as of September 30, 2014.
