Subsequent Events [Text Block]	14. Subsequent Events On April 5, 2014 the Company, through its affiliate MAB-Z, received confirmation of its registration and acceptance of terms for the loan from OTF in the principal amount of $40,000 with interest of 8% per annum due in 360 days.
