Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 21, 2023, Prairie Operating Co. (the “Company”) received approval to list the shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”) on the Nasdaq Capital Market stock exchange (“Nasdaq”). Trading of the shares of Common Stock on Nasdaq under the Company’s existing ticker symbol, “PROP,” is expected to commence at the opening of trading on Thursday, December 28, 2023 and will continue trading on the OTCQB stock exchange until such time.
