Subsequent Events	Note 12 – Subsequent Events On July 9, 2021 we changed our name from Wizard Brands, Inc. to Creek Road Miners, Inc. corresponding with a move to expand the current NFT mining activities into mining cryptocurrencies. On August 6, 2021, Kick The Can Corp. (“KTC”), a Nevada corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Company, entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Informa Pop Culture Events, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Informa”). Pursuant to the Agreement, KTC sold, transferred, and assigned certain assets, properties, and rights to Informa related to the business of operating and producing the following live pop culture events: 1) Wizard World Chicago; 2) Wizard World Cleveland; 3) Wizard World New Orleans; 4) Wizard World Philadelphia; 5) Wizard World Portland; and 6) Wizard World St. Louis.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
