Subsequent Events	Note 8 - Subsequent Events On October 6, 2014, the Company issued 15,000 stock options to a strategic partner of the Company. The options are fully vested at issuance , exercisable at $0.87 expiring five years from the date of issuance. On November 1, 2014, the Company issued 15,000 stock options to a strategic partner of the Company. The options are fully vested at issuance, exercisable at $0.94 expiring five years from the date of issuance.
