1.	Nature of Operations
	Uranerz Energy Corporation (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada, U.S.A. on May 26, 1999. Effective July 5, 2005, the Company changed its name from Carleton Ventures Corp. to Uranerz Energy Corporation. The Company has mineral property interests in the United States and its principal business is the acquisition and exploitation of uranium and mineral resources. In the first quarter of 2014, the Company commenced mining uranium at its Nichols Ranch ISR Uranium Project in Wyoming. During the three months ended September 30, 2014, the Company generated significant revenue from this first mine.
	At September 30, 2014 the Company had working capital of $11,937,568 and cash on hand of $9,473,395. Management expects that the Company’s financial position will be sufficient to fund operations through 2015.
