7.	Related Party Transactions / Balances
	a)	During the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company incurred $786,539 (2011 - $772,123) for consulting services (included in general and administrative expenses) provided by officers. Other general and administrative expenses were reimbursed in the normal course of business. At September 30, 2012, consulting services and expenditures incurred on behalf of the Company of $23,596 (December 31, 2011 - $71,340) are owed to these officers, and these amounts are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
	b)	During the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company paid fees of $124,375 (2011 - $120,115) to non-executive directors of the Company for their services as directors. Other general and administrative expenses were reimbursed to the directors in the normal course of business.
	c)	During the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company incurred bonuses to related party officers of $20,000 (2011 - $671,993) which are included in general and administrative expenses.
