16.	Subsequent Events
	a)	On February 14, 2012 the Company signed an office lease for a primary term of two years, beginning the 1 st day of February, 2012 and ending on the 31 st day of January, 2014. Rent consideration is $141,258 per annum. The lease agreement may be renewed for two additional years.
	b)	In February 2012, the Company approved an additional $1,000,000 of construction relating to its Nichols Ranch ISR Uranium Project.
