8.	Common Stock
	a)	On August 8, 2011, the Company increased the number of authorized common shares from 200,000,000 to 750,000,000.
	b)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company issued 1,875,720 shares of common stock, pursuant to the exercise of stock options, for proceeds of $1,814,609.
	c)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company issued 4,041,421 shares of common stock, pursuant to the exercise of common share purchase warrants, for gross proceeds of $12,124,264.
