7.	Related Party Transactions / Balances
	a)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company incurred $Nil (2010 - $98,880) for contracted office and administrative services (included in general and administrative expenses) to a company controlled by a director who is Executive Chairman of the Company.
	b)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company incurred $513,334 (2010 - $431,680) for consulting services (included in general and administrative expenses) provided by officers. Other general and administrative expenses were reimbursed in the normal course of business. At June 30, 2011, consulting services and expenditures incurred on behalf of the Company of $38,610 (December 31, 2010 - $46,493) are owed to these officers, and these amounts are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
	c)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company paid fees of $83,875 (2010 - $80,250) to five non-executive directors of the Company for their services as directors. Other general and administrative expenses were reimbursed to the directors in the normal course of business. At June 30, 2011, expenditures incurred on behalf of the Company of $Nil (December 31, 2010 - $2,693) are owed to these directors, and these amounts are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
	d)	During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company incurred $671,993 (2010 - $15,000) for bonuses (included in general and administrative expenses) for related party officers.
