The effective tax rate (“ETR”) for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020 was 0.0% and 29.7%, respectively, and the ETR for the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020 was 0.0% and 31.1%, respectively. For the three months and six months ended June 30, 2020, the ETR decrease was primarily related to a net operating loss carryback at higher federal rates.
