STOCK OPTIONS	NOTE 11 – STOCK OPTIONS Description of Stock Option Plan On November 5, 2021, at our annual shareholder meeting the Second Amended and Restated 2017 Stock Incentive Plan was adopted to increase the shares issuable under the plan from 1,333,333 to 75,000,000 shares. All terms of the Plan shall remain the same with the exception of the amount of shares reserved for issuance under the Plan. We have 75,000,000 shares available for issuance under the Second Amended and Restated 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. The Company had no outstanding stock options as of June 30, 2023 or at December 31, 2022.

The entire disclosure for freestanding contract indexed to and potentially settled in entity's own stock. Includes, but is not limited to, strike price and number of shares to which contract is indexed, settlement date, and settlement alternatives.
