GOODWILL	NOTE 12 – GOODWILL As of March 31, 2014, the Company had recorded goodwill in the amount of $739,000, all of which was related to its acquisition of Rocky Mountain Hydroponics, LLC and Evergreen Garden Center, LLC (“RMH/EGC”) (see “NOTE 3 – PURCHASE – ROCKY MOUNTAIN HYDROPONICS and EVERGREEN GARDEN CENTER”). The Company periodically evaluates its goodwill for impairment and, should it be determined that there is impairment, records the appropriate non-cash impairment expense.
