PREFERRED MEMBERS' INTEREST

In July 2001, we received a $150.0 million preferred membership investment from the operating subsidiaries of Mediacom LLC, which has a 12% annual dividend, payable quarterly in cash. We paid $18.0 million in cash dividends on the preferred membership interest during each of the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014, and 2013.
