On December 21, 2007, Bernard Touret and Frederic Fournel resigned as Directors and Vice Presidents of Global Roaming Distribution, Inc. (the “Company”).  Mr. Touret and Mr. Fournel did not resign as the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
