INSERT: Annual Report - Proxy Results
A special meeting of the shareholders of AXA Premier VIP Trust (“Trust”) was
held on November 28, 2011 to vote on the following proposal:
•   Approve a Shareholder Services and Distribution Plan pursuant to Rule
12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for the Class A Shares of
each Portfolio of the Trust. The voting results of this proposal are as
