SUPPLEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2011 TO THE SUMMARY PROSPECTUS DATED MAY 1, 2011

This Supplement updates certain information contained in the Summary Prospectus dated May 1, 2011 of the Multimanager International Equity Portfolio of the AXA Premier VIP Trust (“Trust”).
