Depreciation and amortization of property and equipment is computed using the straight-line method based on the following estimated useful lives:

Telecommunications equipment	2-3 years
Telecommunications software	18 months to 2 years
Computer equipment	2 years
Office equipment and furniture	3 years
Leasehold improvements	Useful life or remaining lease term, which ever is shorter
