Other Expense Disclosure, Nonoperating	15 — Consulting Fee Effective September 1, 2009, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with one of its board members to provide consulting services. The Company was obligated to pay $6,250 per month plus out of pocket expenses for these services for the period September 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009, then $10,000 per month plus out of pocket expense and $15,000 per month beginning in February 2011. The Company incurred consulting fees under this agreement in the amount of $45,000 for the three months ended September 31, 2012 and 2011 and $135,000 and $130,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
