Promotora de Informaciones SA (PRISA) announces the following relevant information, under the provisions of article 82 of Act 24/1988, July 28th, of Securities Market (“Ley del Mercado de Valores”).

Following the Relevant Information dated February 25, 2014, with registration CNMV No. 200879 and March 6, 2014, with registration CNMV No. 201593, PRISA informs that, having expired the period established for Telefónica de Contenidos, S.A.U. and Mediaset España Comunicación, S.A. to exercise their right to acquire PRISA’s stake in DTS, Distribuidora de Televisión Digital, S.A. (“DTS”), none of the abovementioned entities have exercised their right.
