     This Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, or one substantially equivalent to this form, must be used to accept the Exchange Offer (as defined below) if (i) certificates for the Company’s (a) unregistered 2.50% Senior Notes due 2013 (the “2013 Original Notes”) and (b) unregistered 5.125% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “2020 Original Notes” and, together with the 2013 Original Notes, the “Original Notes”) are not immediately available, (ii) Original Notes, the Letter of Transmittal and all other required documents cannot be delivered to The Bank of New York Mellon (the “Exchange Agent”) prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on _______, 2010 (the “Expiration Date”) or (iii) the procedures for delivery by book-entry transfer cannot be completed on a timely basis.
