Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
As previously announced, on March 17, 2020, Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (the “Company”) borrowed $500.0 million on its existing unsecured revolving credit facility. On June 1, 2020, the Company repaid all amounts borrowed, together with interested thereon. After this repayment, the Company has $1.0 billion of borrowing availability under its unsecured revolving credit facility.
