6. Common stock buyback program:

The Company’s board of directors has approved purchases of the Company’s common stock under a buyback program (the “Buyback Program”).  On August 5, 2015 the Company’s board of directors approved an additional $50.0 million under the Buyback Program and extended the program through December 31, 2016.  At June 30, 2015, there was approximately $10.0 million remaining for purchases under the Buyback Program.  During the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, the Company purchased 0.6 million, 0.8 million, 0.5 million and 0.9 million shares of its common stock for $19.1 million, $27.2 million, $17.9 million and $32.1 million, respectively.
