Office lease

The Company’s headquarters is located in an office building owned by a partnership (6715 Kenilworth Avenue Partnership). The two owners of the partnership are the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, who has a 51% interest in the partnership and his wife, Ruth Schaeffer, who has a 49% interest in the partnership. The Company paid $0.1 million, $0.3 million, $0.1 million and $0.3 million, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2011 in rent and related costs (including taxes and utilities) to this partnership. In August 2011, the lease term was extended from August 2012 to August 2013. The dollar value of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer’s interest and his wife’s interest in the lease payments for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2011 was approximately one-half of the amounts for each period.  If the Company’s Chief Executive Officer’s interest is combined with that of his wife then the total dollar value of his interest in the lease payments for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2011 was the payment amount.
