At-The-Market Issuance Sales Agreement

In July 2014, the Company entered into an at-the-market issuance sales agreement (July 2014 Sales Agreement) with MLV pursuant to which it may issue and sell shares of its common stock from time to time and filed an initial prospectus supplement reserving up to $50 million of common stock under its shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-187242) for sale pursuant to this agreement.
