MARKETABLE SECURITIES AVAILABLE FOR SALE	NOTE 5-MARKETABLE SECURITIES-AVAILABLE FOR SALE During the year ended December 31, 2011, HUSA purchased shares of common stock in a publicly traded company valued at $601,074, based on the closing market price per share. This investment is classified as marketable securities - available for sale and, accordingly, any unrealized changes in market values are recognized as other comprehensive income in the consolidated statements of operations. At December 31, 2011, this investment was valued at $707,445, based on the closing market price per share. HUSA recognized other comprehensive income for the year ended December 31, 2011 of $106,371 for the unrealized income on this investment.
