Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions We have a 19.50% equity investment in National Accounts Service Company, LLC, or NASCO, which processes National Accounts claims and provides other administrative services for us and certain other BCBS plans. Administrative expenses incurred related to NASCO services totaled $78, $79 and $73, for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively. Amounts due to NASCO were $4 and $5 at December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively. We have an equity investment in APC Passe, LLC, which offers Medicaid products in Arkansas. During the year ended December 31, 2019, in the normal course of business, we assumed premiums of $408 from APC Passe, LLC, which is included in our total assumed premiums (see Note 16, “Reinsurance”).
