COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Commitments Purchase Agreements As of February 28, 2022, the Company has purchase commitments totaling $697 thousand for the year ending May 31, 2022, and has no purchase commitments for periods beyond May 31, 2022. Claims and Litigation From time to time, the Company may be involved in litigation relating to claims arising out of operations in the normal course of business. As of February 28, 2022, there were no pending or threatened lawsuits that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on the results of the Company’s consolidated operations. There are also no legal proceedings in which any of the Company’s management or affiliates is an adverse party or has a material interest adverse to the Company’s interest.
