GMAC has contacted the borrower and borrower has executed a Pre-Negotiation Agreement. We have received current financials and franchise information. Counsel has been retained. Borrower proposed 5-mo moritorium on P&I. The property is performing substantially below last year's performance, Occupancy is down 13% and ADR is down 19%. Based on 2003 projections GMAC is reviewing a 12-month payment modification 850200422 The loan was assumed by a third-party on 7/3/02 and will be seasoned for 3 months and then returned to the Master after the 10/1/02 payment.
