Total expense related to the amortization of intangible assets, which is recorded in both cost of sales and operating expenses in the Unaudited Consolidated Statements of Operations depending on the functional nature of the intangible asset, was $13.5 million and $27.0 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, respectively, and $13.2 million and $27.7 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, respectively.
