The Company did not repurchase any shares under the plan during 2009. During the first quarter of 2010, ARRIS repurchased 250 thousand shares of the Company’s common stock at an average price of $12.22 per share for an aggregate consideration of approximately $3.1 million. During the second quarter of 2010, ARRIS repurchased 1.9 million shares of the Company’s common stock at an average price of $10.82 per share for an aggregate consideration of approximately $20.6 million.
