Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Abstract]
RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTSOn March 12, 2020, the FASB issued ASU No. 2020-04, Reference Rate Reform (Topic 848), Facilitation of the Effects of Reference Rate Reform on Financial Reporting, which provides optional expedients and exceptions for applying U.S. GAAP to contracts, hedging relationships, and other transactions, subject to meeting certain criteria, that reference LIBOR or another reference rate expected to be discontinued. When elected, the optional expedients for contract modifications must be applied consistently for all eligible contracts or transactions. On January 7, 2021, the FASB issued ASU No. 2021-01, Reference Rate Reform (Topic 848), Scope, to refine the scope of guidance on reference rate reform to apply to derivatives that are affected by the discounting transition. The amendments in these updates are effective as of March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the Company does not anticipate that this guidance will have a material impact on its consolidated financial statements; however, it will continue to assess the potential impact on its debt contracts and future hedging relationships, if applicable, through the effective period.
