The Company has an interest rate swap agreement that, at initiation, effectively fixed the interest rate on 50% of the amortizing balance of the Company’s term debt, exclusive of the credit spread on the debt. The interest rate swap agreement requires the Company to pay a fixed rate to the respective counterparty of 2.627% per annum on an amortizing notional amount corresponding with the initial term loan payment schedule, and to receive from the respective counterparty, interest payments based on the applicable notional amounts and 1 month USD LIBOR, with no exchanges of notional amounts. As of March 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018, the interest rate swap is treated as a cash flow hedge and its fair value of a $0.6 million liability and a $0.2 million liability, respectively, is included in current and non-current liabilities on the consolidated balance sheets.
