Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company provides services to hospitals which are affiliated with certain members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Management believes services with related parties were conducted on terms equivalent to those prevailing in an arm's-length transaction. Revenue related to these transactions was $4.9 million, $5.0 million, and $11.8 million in 2017, 2016, and 2015, respectively. Accounts receivable due from these hospitals at December 31, 2017 and 2016 were approximately $0.4 million and $1.0 million, respectively. In connection with the acquisition of MSN, the Company acquired a 68% ownership interest in Cross Country Talent Acquisition Group, LLC (formerly InteliStaf of Oklahoma, LLC), a joint venture between the Company and a hospital system. The Company generated revenue providing staffing services to the hospital system of $17.9 million, $12.6 million, and $10.0 million in 2017, 2016, and 2015, respectively. At December 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company had a receivable balance of $0.8 million and $1.5 million, respectively, and a payable balance of $0.3 million and $0.2 million, respectively. Subsequent to the Company's acquisition of Mediscan on October 30, 2015, Mediscan continued to operate at premises owned, in part, by the founding members of Mediscan. The Company paid $0.4 million for rent for these premises in 2017 and 2016 and $0.1 million for the two months ended December 31, 2015.
