On August 20, ZBB Energy Corporation (“ZBB”) appointed Mr. Richard Abdoo to the Board of Directors as a Class II director.

On August 20, ZBB Energy Corporation (“ZBB”) appointed Mr. Paul Koeppe to the Board of Directors as a Class III director.
