SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On November 9, 2011 the Company issued 548,051 RSUs in connection with the annual compensation of directors’ fees. The RSUs vest quarterly on November 9, 2011, March 31, 2012, June 30, 2012 and September 30, 2012.
