1. GLG Partners LP, an English limited partnership, acts as the investment manager for certain funds which hold, in the aggregate, 1,712,943 shares of the issuer's common stock.

2. GLG Partners Limited, an English company, is the general partner of GLG Partners LP. Noam Gottesman, Pierre Lagrange and Emmanuel Roman are each a managing director of GLG Partners Limited. GLG Partners Limited, GLG Partners LP, Noam Gottesman, Pierre Lagrange and Emmanuel Roman do not hold directly any securities of the issuer and disclaim beneficial ownership of the issuer's securities reported herein except to the extent of their pecuniary interests therein.
