The Company is unable to file its Form 10-QSB for the quarter ending June 27, 2008 by the due date of August 11, 2008. The company is working through footnote disclosure and financial statement presentation matters and discussing the matters with our independent accounting firm and our counsel. As of the due date for the 10-Q we had not finalized the financial statement disclosure matters concerning contingencies and commitments.

We expect the filing to be made on or before August 14, 2008.
