SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to December 31, 2011, the Company conducted a private placement offering whereby it issued 1,035,000 units at a price of $0.10 per share for total proceeds of $103,500. Each unit consisted of one share of the Company's common stock and one warrant to purchase an additional share of common stock, exercisable at $0.10 per share.
