PROMISSORY NOTES	9. PROMISSORY NOTES On March 28, 2014, the Company issued a promissory note in the principal amount of $200,000 at a stated interest rate of 10% per annum. The note matures on December 31, 2014. The Company has the right to convert all or a portion of the convertible note plus any unpaid interest into shares representing a 20% nonvoting membership interest in GAIM. On March 31, 2014, the Company issued a promissory note in the principal amount of $30,000 at a stated interest rate of 10% per annum. The note matures on January 13, 2015. The Company has the right to convert all or a portion of the convertible note plus any unpaid interest into shares representing a 3% nonvoting membership interest in GAIM.
