4. Premises and Equipment

The components of premises and equipment are as follows:

Total depreciation expense on Company premises and equipment totaled $1.2 million and $1.1 million for the years ended December 31, 2012, and 2011, respectively, and is included in occupancy expense in the accompanying consolidated statements of operations.

- Definition
