During the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2024, an average of 2.9 million options and 2.3 million options, respectively, to purchase shares of common stock were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share because the effect would have been antidilutive. During the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2023, an average of 1.9 million and 2.0 million options, respectively, to purchase shares of common stock were not included for the same reason.
